It's been ten years
since the last adventure with the strider. Even with a new
3d engine and improved controls, it is the same old boat,
just with a new coat of paint. The game providing unlimited
continues and only one hour worth of gameplay doesn't
help but make you feel jiped.
Strider 2 has the
same story as the first game, it even has some of the same
bosses. Strider must fight to save the world from the evil
dictator type of story.
The gameplay it's
self is fun but because of the game's short length, the fun
factor won't last long. I have won the game in less than 20
minutes the second time around. Very disappointing.
Not even the music
is up to par with most of Capcom's games but serves it purpose
and fits amidst into the action.
I was very disappointed
in the game's short length. After a go through I wanted more.
You will have a blast playing this game but you should rent
it because it is not worth paying full price for a one hour
frag-fest.
(This must be the
shortest game review I've ever written. The more disappointed
I am with a game the less I write about it).
